Leading from the lens
As a GDSC lead and the go-to video editor for campus life, covering and managing events, community drives, and tech sessions across the university. Every shoot came with its own deadline, its own room to run. The camera taught leadership; leadership taught how to carry a team.
Running the room at Digital Dizzles
Video editor and COO at once: cutting campaigns for SCO and Pakistan Army initiatives while keeping an agency's client delivery on schedule. The lesson of that year was that operations is editing too, just with people instead of clips.
Motion design meets prompt engineering
The craft shifted into AI-first territory: mastering motion design alongside prompt engineering for AI video and image generation with Higgsfield. Learning to direct machines the way an editor directs a cut — precise prompts, faster iterations, sharper output. AI stopped being a shortcut and became part of the workflow itself, saving time without costing quality.
Chasing the top 1%
Today the pipeline runs Premiere, After Effects, Resolve, and a daily rotation of Higgsfield, Kling, and Runway. The pursuit hasn't changed since 2020, only sharpened: stay a student of every new tool, technique, and workflow that surfaces, and keep climbing toward the top 1% of the craft's community.
